The A.R.C.H.E.S. Project is the national grassroots project dedicated to promoting Republican youth.  The project is made up of three stages to help complete it's mission:

Stage 1: Create a Republican club in every High School in America, Find the clubs that already exist, and create a network of these clubs.  This network will make these clubs available to the the Republican Party and it's candidates.  It will make sure that there is communication between the clubs as well as between the clubs and the Republican Party. 

Stage 2: Stage Two will take place during most of the 2008-2009 school year.  Stage two is a national campaign to promote Republican and conservative values.  This grassroots effort will utilize the clubs that that we found and created in stage one.  This stage will help to add members to all the new clubs and promote the Republican Party in the mists of a general election.  National and regional conferences/conventions for Republican youth will be taking place all over the country during this time.  This will also further encourage communication between each of the HS clubs.

Stage 3:  Stage is still largly in development.  Stage three will be focusing on giving all the Republican clubs and the members of these clubs the tools they need to help elect and support Republican Candidates.  Special "never-before-used" online tools will be put into place for Republican Youth to use.
