Who Can Apply?
Anyone interested in politics, the Republican Party, and our
project! National, Regional, and State positions will be filled
mainly by those over the age of 18, however, expectations to this
can be made. All ARCHES staff members should have some
experience in politics (campaigns, auxiliary clubs, volunteering,
etc.).
I
have a full-time job; will I have time for this?
Well,
the answer to that is up to you. Most of our staff needs to be able
to dedicate 1-3 hours a day. Some days you will work this many
hours and some days you will work more. All positions are voluntary
however; we do expect the staff of the project to complete the work
they commit to doing.
How Are Meetings Conducted?
The
National A.R.C.H.E.S. Project conducts full-staff meetings with
state, regional, and national staff/volunteers every two weeks by
conference call. Members of state teams will have meeting more
frequently. Members of the National Team will conduct meetings 2-4
times a week. Meeting times are chosen after reviewing what times
staff/volunteers can and cannot attend. On average (not
including national ARCHES project team members), each ARCHES staffer
will be involved in at least 2-3 conference calls per week.
Communication is the key to success.
